The teeter globe is unique in form and has the ability to wobble and spin on its central point. It is a functional and decorative piece that is used in the office or displayed in the living room. The round concrete base balances to the entire body of the globe due to the material’s weightiness. The globe spins along the central point that is connected to the base.

Symbolically, this globe represents the interconnectedness of the world that is not just defined by borders. With globalization today, the world is more connected than ever before. The world is moving toward a common culture and a society that is more accepting. It is a conversation piece. Whether it’s about travel, geography, environment, politics, social issues and etc, it is used as a conversation starter. It is a modern take on a globe that allows users to interact with it beyond the physical form.
